Terms and Conditions for Hair Appointments Booking & Deposits All appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable if you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. No-shows may be charged the full service amount. Late Arrivals If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled, and your deposit forfeited. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but your service may be shortened. Consultations Complimentary consultations are available and recommended for new clients or major changes. Health & Safety Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may compromise your health or safety. Children & Guests For safety and comfort, we kindly ask that only those receiving services attend the appointment. Terms and Conditions for Hair Extension Appointments Consultation Required A mandatory consultation is required before booking a hair extension appointment to assess suitability and discuss desired results. Deposit & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to order hair extensions and secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. Cancellations & Changes Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Deposits for hair extensions are non-refundable due to the custom nature of the order. Aftercare You will receive aftercare instructions. Failure to follow these may affect the longevity and quality of your extensions. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care or use of unauthorized products. Maintenance Regular maintenance appointments are required every 6-8 weeks to ensure the health of your natural hair and extensions. Missed maintenance appointments may result in additional charges or removal of extensions. Refunds & Guarantees Due to the nature of hair extensions, we do not offer refunds once the hair has been installed. If you experience any issues, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.
