The benefits of a massage don't have to end when you leave the table. To help your body process the work we’ve done and ensure you stay feeling your best, follow these simple aftercare steps.
1. Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate
Massage stimulates circulation and the lymphatic system, which helps your body flush out metabolic waste. Drinking plenty of water helps your kidneys process those toxins more effectively.
2. Take It Easy
Your muscles have been manipulated and stretched. Jumping straight into a heavy gym session or a high-stress meeting can cause muscles to tense back up immediately.
