Welcome to CHLOE’S ("we", "our", or "us"). By booking an appointment or using our website you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or purchasing any services or products.
1. Appointments & Bookings
- All appointments must be booked through our online booking system (SOLO) or directly with the salon.
- A 20% deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if the appointment is rescheduled within our notice period (see below).
- You will receive confirmation and reminder messages via email or SMS from SOLO — please check that your contact details are correct
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require at least [48 hours] notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than [48 hours] notice may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
- No-shows may be charged [up to 100%] of the service cost before future bookings can be made
3. Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than [15 minutes] late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid impacting other clients.
4. Refunds & Complaints
- We do not offer refunds on services; however, if you are not satisfied, please contact us within [7 days] and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
- Refunds on retail products will only be given for unopened or faulty items, returned within [7 days] of purchase with proof of receipt.
5. Health & Safety
- Please inform your therapist of any allergies, medical conditions, or recent treatments that may affect your service.
- We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it may pose a risk to your health or safety.
6. Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are valid for [6 months] from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
- Vouchers must be presented at the time of payment and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Privacy Policy
- Your personal data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy and is used only to manage your appointments, payments, and communications.
- By booking, you consent to receiving appointment confirmations and reminders via email or SMS.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
