Services Offered
I provide holistic massage therapy, including but not limited to Swedish, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and Energy Healing techniques. Treatments are tailored to meet your individual needs, with a focus on your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Booking and AppointmentsAppointments can be made by phone, email, or through my online booking system. Please ensure to provide accurate details, including any medical conditions or concerns.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of the full cost of the treatment if the session cannot be rescheduled. In the case of a no-show, the full treatment fee will be charged.
PaymentPayment is due at the time of the treatment, either by cash or bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed.If you need to reschedule a session after paying, a credit for the treatment will be applied, provided the cancellation policy is adhered to.
Client Health and Safety
You are required to inform me of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or other health concerns that may affect your massage treatment. It is your responsibility to seek medical advice if you have concerns about the suitability of massage for your health. I reserve the right to refuse service if I feel the treatment may cause harm due to a health condition or if I am uncomfortable treating you for any reason.
ConfidentialityAll personal and health information you provide will be kept confidential. I will not disclose any information without your consent, except as required by law.
Personal Conduct
I expect a respectful and professional attitude during all treatments. Any form of inappropriate behavior, including sexual advances or harassment, will result in immediate termination of the session, and the full fee will be charged. You are expected to arrive at the appointment in a clean and presentable manner.

Liability

However, I will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to you or your property during or after treatment, unless it is caused by my negligence or willful misconduct. You acknowledge that massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care and agree to consult a healthcare provider if necessary.
