-All appointments require a £10 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.
-If you need to reschedule or cancel, this will need to be done 24 hours prior to your appointment. Deposit will be lost for any cancellations. Any cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full amount for their appointment.
-Please come to your appointments alone, please do not bring children or babies along.
-If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may be turned away and full payment will be required.
-Any “No Show” Clients will be charged the full amount for the service they have booked.
