-All appointments require a £10 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.
-If you need to reschedule or cancel, this will need to be done 24 hours prior to your appointment. Deposit will be lost for any cancellations.
-If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may be turned away and full payment will be required.
-Any “No Show” Clients will be charged the full amount for the service they have booked.
