Cancellation No Show

Full payment is required if -

You do not turn up to your appointment, You are more than 15 mins late, You cancel on the day of your appointment, If you wish to cancel your appointment please do so with at least a days notice.

If the above takes place, you will be required to pay a deposit of £15 if you wish to book with me again.

Payment

Payment must be made before you leave your appointment,

I accept cash & bank transfer,

If you are paying with cash please make sure you have the correct amount.

Removals & Infills

Please make sure you book the correct treatment

- if you require a removal make sure to add this when booking,

I do not infill other people's work, I do not remove acrylic,

Please arrive to your appointment with product-free nails unless you are booked in for a removal or infill.

By booking an appointment with myself, you have read & accept my T&Cs.
