Booking
- Please book any appointment via my online booking system, which is linked on all of my social media platforms.
- I do not accept walk-in appointments.
- When booking, please ensure to select all treatments you require — my booking system allows you to select multiple options during the booking process to make things easier for you. (e.g. Removal + Gel Polish - Plain Colour)
- To avoid confusion, if you are unsure on anything at all during the booking process, please do not hesitate to message me.
- If, after confirmation of your booking, you change your mind on the treatment you have chosen, please edit your booking as soon as possible — if you bring this to my attention during your appointment, I may not have enough time to change this.
- I do not require a deposit, as my booking system holds your card details in the case of no shows/late cancellations.
Payment
- Full payment for your chosen treatment is due at the end of your appointment, before you leave.
- I accept cash payments or payments made via Apple Pay/bank transfer.
- If you wish to pay cash, please bring the correct amount, as I may not have enough change to hand.
Cancellation, Lateness & No Show
- If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 48 hours notice.
- If you cancel your appointment within the 48 hour period leading up to your appointment, you will automatically be charged 50% of the original price.
- If you cancel on the day of your appointment, or you simply do not show up to your appointment, you will automatically be charged the total price of your chosen treatment.
- If the repeated pattern of last minute cancellations or no shows occurs, you may be blocked from making future bookings with myself.
- If you are running late to your appointment, please notify me as soon as possible. Services may be shortened depending on timing.
- If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment without notice, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and full payment is still due.
- Please arrive to your appointment with clean, bare nails unless you are booked in for an infill, rebalance or removal — if you fail to do so, I may not have the time to carry out the full service required and full payment is still due.
Health and Hygiene
- Please arrive to your appointment with clean hands.
- Please also arrive to your appointment with clean, bare nails — unless you are booked in for an infill, rebalance or removal.
- If you arrive to your appointment with signs of infection or open wounds — I reserve the right to refuse treatment.
- Please reschedule or cancel your appointment, with as much notice as possible, if you are unwell or are showing signs of infection.
