Non-refundable Booking Fee POLICIES will require a non-refundable booking fee of 10% of the initial treatment cost for all new clients at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This can be sent over to me via bank transfer, or cash can be brought to the salon. Your appointment isn't confirmed until I have received the deposit. The deposit will be deducted from your final payment and is transferable up to 48 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations/No Shows If you wish to cancel/rearrange your appointment, please inform me a minimum of 48 hours before failing to do so will result in you losing your booking fee. If you fail to turn up to your appointment, there will be a charge of 90% of the appointment cost to cover lost time. No further appointments can be booked until this has been paid
Lateness If you arrive over 10 minutes late to your appointment, unfortunately, there is a chance I may need to cancel/rearrange. I book out a specific amount of time for each client, and arriving late may affect the time needed to finish your nails in time for my next appointment. Cancellations due to lateness will be treated as a no show, therefore 90% of the appointment costs must still be paid.
Payments Payments can be made with cash or by bank transfer. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, this must be sent over to me before leaving the salon By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to the policies in place
