Terms and Conditions - Best You Aesthetics Introduction These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are designed to outline the professional and legal framework within which beauty therapists operate. By engaging in our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms. 1. Services All services are performed by qualified and licensed professional. 2. Appointments Appointments can be made via phone, email or online booking system. Clients are requested to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork or consultations. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee 50% of the service cost. 4. Late Arrivals If you arrive late for your appointment, the service may be shortened to accommodate the next client. The full service fee will apply. 5. Payment Payment for services is due at the time of the appointment. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment. Any outstanding balances must be settled before further services are provided. 6. Health and Safety Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to the service. This ensures that our therapists can take necessary precautions to avoid any adverse reactions. 7. Confidentiality All client information and sessions are confidential. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without the client's explicit consent. 8. Liability While we strive to provide the highest quality services, we are not liable for any adverse reactions or injuries resulting from treatments. Clients are advised to follow pre-treatment and post-treatment care as recommended by the therapist. 9. Conduct Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other clients. Inappropriate behaviour may result in refusal of service and future appointments. 10. Age Restrictions Beauty therapy services are available to clients aged 16 and above. Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian accompany them at all times. Proof of age may be required. 11. Children Children are not permitted to accompany their parent/guardian in the treatment room. This policy ensures a tranquil environment for all clients and allows the therapist to focus entirely on the treatment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 12. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes at their next appointment or via our website. 13.
