3. No-Show Policy If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full price of the treatment.
4. Emergency Situations We understand that emergencies can happen. If you have a valid reason for a late cancellation or no-show, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
5. Payment of Fees Any cancellation fees will be charged to the payment method on file or deducted from any deposits made for future appointments.
6. Changes to the Policy We reserve the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to their next appointment.
