The no-show fee will be charged the full service price to those who do not show up to an appointment. After a no-show you will not be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at the time of booking. This business enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied.
We understand that things can happen last minute and we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances. Regrettably, we have had to put these measures in place because of the sheer volume of non-arrivals and on-the-day cancellations we have had.
Gift cards will expire 6 months from the purchase date. Gift cards cannot be refunded once purchased.
