✨ Avoid being out in the sun if you can.
✨ Rest as much as possible, after Cupping or Gua Sha you will often feel grounded, almost lighter. I use a lot of massage techniques to help release Fascia and open your Lymphatic pathways.
Hydrate 💧 – Drink water to support your body’s natural detox. Rest 🛌 – Take it easy; avoid heavy exercise for 12–24 hrs. Soothe 🌸 – A warm bath or gentle stretching helps ease muscles. Listen 💖 – You may feel relaxed, sleepy, or emotional—this is normal. Care 🔁 – Some tenderness is natural; it will pass in a day or two. 🌿 Your body is in healing mode—nourish it with rest, hydration, and kindness.
