Dermal Filler After Care

Avoid contact with the site of injection for the first 4-8 hours
Avoid makeup for the first 8 hours
Avoid alcohol / caffeine for 7 days as this will increase bruising & inflammation
Avoid Any strenuous exercise for 48 hours
Avoid Smoking
Please apply arnica cream to any bruising and take an antihistamine for any extreme swelling cases
