To provide a smooth and respectful experience for all clients and team members, we kindly ask that you review the following terms before confirming your appointment:

A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your treatment on the day of your visit.

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. No-shows and late cancellations will result in the full loss of your deposit.
