Terms and conditions

There is a booking fee payable which is redeemable against the cost of your treatment. Failure to pay the booking fee within 24hrs of booking your appointment will result in your appointment being cancelled.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. Failure to attend your appointment will mean you are charged 100% of the treatment cost. Please note that failure to pay for cancelling or not attending your appointment will mean you cannot make any future appointments unless the payment has been received.

Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full treatment amount.

All new clients require a patch test. This is for your safety and for insurance purposes. Please make sure this is booked in for at least 48 hours before your treatment. Failure to book a patch test will mean your appointment will be cancelled and booking fee will not be refunded or transferred.

Please note all treatments and booking fees are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your treatment, please let me know straight away and i will try my best to rectify to your liking.

Should you not be happy with the treatment you have received and you wish to make a complaint, please email me directly at: COTSWOLDAESTHETICSANDBEAUTY@GMAIL.COM and I will aim to respond within five working days.

Should your nails break up to 48 hours after treatment, please contact me ASAP and I will book you in for a free fix. If your nails break after this 48 hour period, you will be required to pay a repair fee of £5.

Thank you so much for referring your friend to me. Your friend will receive 20% off their first treatment and after they have been, you will then receive 20% off at your next appointment.

Please arrive by yourself to your appointment. If you are nervous for treatment and wish to bring a friend or relative, please let me know in advance before attending. Under 18s must attend with a parent or guardian. Anyone under the age of 10 is not permitted into the Salon.
