- New clients must come to their appointment with bare nails unless a soak off has been booked in - If your arriving late then please let me know as soon as possible - I will try to accommodate you as best as I can but anything later than 15 minutes will be cancelled and charged the full service price - please make sure your booking the correct nail art so that there is enough time to complete it, if your unsure what category the nail art comes under then just pop me a message with an inspiration picture.
