1. Appointments & Booking • All appointments must be booked in advance. • Instead of requiring a deposit immediately, I will require card details from the person booking the appointment, using the Card capture system. This enables me to take payment of a cancellation fee if required. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the full amount of the appointment to be taken. • Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings. 3. Travel & Location • Travel is free within 30 miles of WR2. Distances beyond this may incur a travel fee of £5 or £10. • Please ensure there is a suitable, clean, and well-lit space to carry out the treatment. 4. Client Responsibility • Clients must ensure nails are free from existing polish, acrylic, or gel (unless a soak-off has been booked or discussed with myself) • Please inform me in advance of any allergies, medical conditions, or infections, as treatments may not be suitable. • I reserve the right to refuse treatment if conditions are unhygienic, unsafe, or unsuitable. 5. Health & Safety • For hygiene, all tools are sanitised and sterilised before each appointment. • If you have broken skin, infections, or any condition that could be aggravated by treatment, I may decline service. • Children and pets should be kept away from the work area for safety reasons. 6. Aftercare & Guarantee • Aftercare advice will be provided at the end of your treatment. • Breakages or issues outside the first 48 hour period after your appointment or due to client misuse, will incur a repair charge • Due to the nature of being a mobile nail technician, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to repair breakages inbetween appointments.  7. Photography & Social Media • With your permission, I may take photos of your nails for use on my business social media. • No personal details will be shared. 8. Liability • I am fully insured for mobile nail services. • I accept no responsibility for damage to property or belongings during the appointment unless caused by my negligence. 9.
