Crowned Locks LTD Policy and Guidelines Hey gorgeous! Welcome to Crowned Locks LTD! To keep things running smoothly and ensure you have the best experience, please check out our policy and guidelines below. Booking and Appointments 1. Deposits: To lock in your appointment, I require a £15 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. The rest? Cash or bank transfer honey, on the day of your appointment. 2. Confirmation: Confirm your appointment at least 24 hours ahead. If I don’t hear from you, we might have to cancel your spot. 3. Rescheduling and Cancellations: Life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel, give me a heads up at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are only refundable or transferable if I cancel on you. Arrival and Preparation 1. Timeliness: Be on time, boo! If you’re late, I might have to shorten your service or even cancel it. And you will lose your deposit. PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE!!!! 2. Hair Condition: Come with clean, product-free hair. If I need to wash or detangle, it’ll cost extra. 3. What to Bring: Bring any specific products or accessories you love. Health and Safety 1. Illness: Feeling under the weather? If you have COVID-19, flu, or any other symptoms, cancel your appointment and hit us up ASAP. We’ll reschedule for when you’re feeling better. 2. Hygiene: We keep it clean here! Tools and equipment are sanitized between each client. 3. Masks: You might need to wear a mask during your appointment for everyone’s safety. Guest Policy 1. Plus Ones: No extra guests unless we’ve talked about it first, okay? 2. Children: Kids are welcome only if they’re getting their hair done. For their safety, please don’t bring little ones without appointments. Conduct and Courtesy 1. Respect: We’re all about respect. Treat our staff and other clients kindly, or you might be asked to leave. 2. Rushing: PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE LENGTH OF YOUR BOOKING when making it. I will aim to stay within that time. I always give extra time in bookings. I am very meticulous about my work and strive to perfection. Perfection can't be rushed!!! Payments and Refunds 1. Payment Methods: The remaining balance after your deposit must be paid in cash, contactless, or bank transfer on the day. 2.
