Failure to do so may result in the loss of your deposit. 3. Late Arrival Policy - Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late fee may apply. 4. Aftercare Policy - Clients are provided with detailed aftercare instructions to ensure the longevity of their lash extensions. - Following aftercare guidelines is essential for maintaining the quality and health of your lashes. 5. Fill Policy - Lash fills are recommended every 2-3 weeks to maintain the desired look. Clients who wait longer may require a full set at normal pricing. 6. Health and Safety Policy - Clients must inform the technician of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. - If you are feeling unwell or displaying any symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment. 7. Refund Policy - Due to the nature of the services provided, all payments are non-refundable. However, if you experience any issues with your extensions within 48 hours, please contact us for a resolution. 8. Photo Release Policy - By booking an appointment, clients consent to having photos taken of their lashes for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your photos shared, please let us know.
