CU Nail Artistry – Mobile Nail Service Booking Policy Thank you for choosing CU Nail Artistry for your mobile nail services! To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review our booking policy: • Appointments Only: All services are by appointment. Bookings can be made via direct message or through our online booking system. • Booking Accuracy: Please ensure you book the correct service at the time of scheduling. This is especially important for nail art, as additional time is required. If nail art is not booked in advance, it may not be possible to accommodate it during your appointment. • Mobile Fee: A standard £5 mobile fee applies for local services. For locations outside the local area, the mobile fee will be determined based on mileage. CU Nail Artistry reserves the right to set this fee accordingly, which will be confirmed at the time of booking. • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel within 48 hours or fail to give any notice, a 50% charge of the booked service will be required before rebooking. • Location Requirements: Please ensure a clean, well-lit space with access to a power outlet and comfortable seating is available for your appointment. • Client Preparedness: Please be ready at your scheduled time. Delays of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened service or cancellation. • Health & Safety: If you’re feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms, please contact us to reschedule.
