1. Late Policy If you arrive late, I may only be able to offer a simpler design to ensure timing for all clients. 2. Deposit A £10 deposit is required when booking. This will be deducted from your final pay-ment. 3. Non-Refundable Please note: deposits are non-returnable. 4. No Extras As I am a home-based nail tech, no additional guests or extras are allowed during appointments. 5. 15-Minute Rule If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to rebook.
