• Late Arrivals: Over 15 minutes late? Your appointment may be canceled.
• Cancellations: Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.

2. Health & Safety

   • Health Conditions: Notify me of any infections or cuts. I reserve the right to refuse service.
   • Allergies: Inform me of any allergies or sensitivities. I am not liable for any reactions.

3. Payment

   • Methods: I accept Cash and bank transfer.
   • Refunds: Services are final sale; no refunds.

4. Gift Cards & Promotions

   • Gift Cards: Non-refundable, non-transferable, no cash value.
   • Promotions: Cannot be combined with other offers or applied to past purchases.

5. Liability

   • I am not liable for any injuries, infections, or reactions, or for lost or damaged personal items.

   • Your personal info is kept confidential and used only for booking and service purposes.
