Policys
These policies are in place to ensure you get the best treatment possible and for your safety through out your appointment, any clients who repeatedly go against policies may be refused any further services
Cancellations and rescheduling
Any cancellations or rescheduling at 48 hours will be charged a full fee for the treatment booked (within reason) Any no show clients will also be charged full payment for the treatment booked and may be asked to pay for there next appointment upon booking.
Showing up late
Any clients 15+ minutes late without notifying me may be refused service and also may still be charged for the service booked (within reason)
Infills
An infill is 40% or more of your extensions still on, any client who has less than this may be asked to pay for a new set and also may be asked to reschedule if there is not enough time
Other things to note
Please do not come to appointments unwell. Please give yourself enough time for appointments. NO extra guests. Please come to appointments with no makeup on. Please notify any issues with service as quickly as possible.
