To secure all appointments, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This ensures your appointment is reserved and helps me manage my schedule effectively.
Deposit Requirement
• A deposit is required to book any service.
• The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost at the time of your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance for your deposit to be transferred to a new appointment.
• If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
• No-shows will result in a full loss of the deposit and may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late MAY need to reschedule due to not another time for me to provide the service at its full potential, and the deposit will be forfeited.
• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. However, they are transferable to a new date if proper notice is given.
