Booking Deposit - A non-refundable booking deposit of £15 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total price of your service.
Cancellation Policy - Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit.
Late Cancellations/No Shows - If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel within less than 48 hours, your deposit will be retained.
Grace Period - I understand that life can get busy, so I offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. However, please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be altered or simplified. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be counted as a cancellation.
Appointment Duration - Appointments typically take between 1 and 4 hours, depending on the service. Please plan accordingly and allow for sufficient time to ensure the best quality results. I don’t want to rush your beautiful nails!
Payment Policy - Payments are accepted via bank transfer or cash. The full balance for your service is due at the end of your appointment, including any additional charges for repairs or upgrades. Please note that we do not accept payments in instalments.
Refunds - Due to the nature of the service, I do not offer refunds once the work is completed. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify me within 24 hours so I can resolve any issues.
Bookings - Appointments can be made via the Solo booking system or DMs
Nail Fixes - If there is an issue with your nails, we offer free fixes within 4 days of your appointment. After 4 days, any necessary repairs will be charged at £2.50 per nail.
