By booking an appointment with Dee's Beauty Bar also trading as: Deesigner Press On Nails, you agree to the following terms and conditions. please read them carefully before booking.
1. Appointments & Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance via message,phone, or the online booking system. appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. please ensure you arrive on time.
2.Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. deposits are deducted from the total cost of the treatment. deposits will be forfeited in the event of late cancellation or non-attendance.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hrs notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in loss of deposit. failure to attend your appointment ( no show ) will result in the full treatment cost being charged. repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of further bookings
4. Late arrivals
please arrive on time for your appointment. if you are more than 10-15 minutes late , for your appointment. may need to be shortened or cancelled. late arrivals may still be charged the full treatment price.
5. Payments
payments is due in full on the day of your appointment unless otherwise agreed. accepted payment methods will be advised at the time of booking. prices are subject to change without notice
6. Refunds
due to the nature of beauty treatments, no refunds are given once a service has been carried out. if you are unhappy with your service, please notify Dee's Beauty Bar within 48 hrs so the issue can be assessed. any adjustments of fixes are at our discretion of Dee's Beauty Bar.
7. Health & Safety
clients must disclose any medical conditions,allergies,sensitivities, or contraindications at the time of booking and before treatments. Dee's Beauty Bar is not responsible for reactions where relevant information has not been disclosed. patch tests may be required for certain treatments and refusal you will need to sign a waiver or may result in cancellation of the appointment
8. Children & Guests
for health & safety reasons, children and additional guest are not permitted unless agreed in advance.
