Terms and Conditions

APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY 

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the booked service.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend the appointment, will result in a 100% charge.
• Late Arrivals- I allow a 10 minute grace period for late arrivals. After 10 minutes I cannot guarantee your appointment and it will be considered a No-Show, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.

NAIL ART POLICY

If you would like any nail art, please be sure to select either Minimal Design or Full Design when booking, as listed on my website. This allows me to allocate the correct amount of time to complete your nail art to my professional standard.

If you book nail art, please also send me a picture of the design you’d like ahead of your appointment. This helps me prepare the right products and ensures everything runs smoothly on the day.

Booking the appropriate option ensures you receive the service you’re expecting and helps all appointments run on time without delays for the next client.

SALON POLICY

I kindly ask that you do not bring a friend or children to your appointment (unless they’re booked in for a service) . My room space is limited, and there is no suitable seating for additional guests. For safety reasons, I have professional products and chemicals stored in the room, which makes it unsafe for children who may be curious.

Additionally, I am not the only one working in the salon, and keeping distractions to a minimum helps maintain a calm and professional environment for everyone. This ensures a safe, comfortable, and focused experience for both you and all other clients in the salon.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree with this policy.

PAYMENT POLICY

Booking fee must be paid when booking to secure your appointment, if booking fee is not paid then your appointment will not be reserved.
