Terms and conditions

Please take the time to read our terms and conditions before you book. We require a £20 deposit on booking to confirm your appointment, we allow up to 24 hours to reschedule an appointment but cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will result in 50% of the appointment fee. To reschedule, this can be done through our website, our socials (defyne_you) or our mobile number 07748785689. We do allow a 10 minute grace period but unfortunately anything more than this may result as a reschedule due to not having enough time for the service. We do understand that sometimes lateness is out of your control (e.g traffic, road closures) so please let us know as soon as possible if you’re running late.
