• To secure your appointment a £10 non-refundable deposit must be made. This will come off your total service.
• All makeup must be removed prior coming to your appointment as this saves me time and we can start asap.
• Please give a 24 hour notice before rescheduling or cancelling.
• For rescheduling, deposits will only be move over once, after that will be lost.
• Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to appointment and deposit will be lost.
• Not turning up at all will result in a full charge of service as this wastes my time.
