Appointments, Deposits and Cancellations
PLEASE NOTE: If you have had your brows done elsewhere within the last 1, 2, 3, or 5 years, please do not book without consulting us first. Kindly send us a DM so we can assess whether your previous work has faded. We take our bookings seriously and appreciate your cooperation in following our booking process. Please be advised that brows done by Dezzybrows without a touch-up after 12–15 months will be considered a NEW SESSION.

- All appointments require a non-refundable deposit of 50% to secure your slot. This will be applied towards your final appointment cost.
- The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
- Klarna is available as a payment option. If you'd like to use Klarna, please get in touch before booking to arrange this.
Payment/ Deposit is not refundable.kindly verify availability before making payments.
We understand that things can come up, and we kindly ask that you give us enough notice if you need to make changes to your appointment.
• Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
- One reschedule is allowed per booking
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a loss of your deposit.
- No-shows (missing your appointment without any notice) will be charged 100% of the total service fee.
Please note that after the 15-minute grace period, a £15 late fee will apply. Arrivals over 60 minutes late will be considered as no-shows.
Kindly note that no extra guests are allowed.
• Avoid caffeine and alcohol 24–48 hours before your appointment.
• Please do not carve or shape your eyebrows that’s my job
• Avoid oily skincare products before coming. No facials 2–3 weeks prior.
• Not suitable for heavily pregnant or nursing mothers.
• Avoid exercise on the day of your appointment.
• If you have had your brows done elsewhere (recently or in the past), please send us a DM for consultation before booking.
• As much as I love kids, they’re not allowed during the session so we can concentrate fully.
• Kindly inform me in advance if you’re bringing someone with you
