Booking & Deposits
A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Deposits will be deducted from the final treatment cost.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations, missed appointments or failure to attend may result in loss of deposit.
Treatment Plans & Offers
Selected treatment plans may include discounted maintenance appointments or percentage discounts on future treatments. Offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Consultations
All clients must complete a consultation form before treatment. Accurate medical information must be provided to ensure treatments are carried out safely.
Treatment Suitability
Dias Skin reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is considered unsuitable, unsafe or not in the client’s best interest.
Results
Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. Longevity and healing times depend on individual factors and aftercare compliance.
Aftercare
Clients are responsible for following all aftercare advice provided. Dias Skin is not responsible for complications caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Age Requirement
Clients must be aged 18 or over for all aesthetic treatments.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments and prescription products, refunds are not provided once treatment has been carried out or products have been ordered.
