Appointments & Bookings • All appointments must be booked in advance. • Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.
Cancellation & Rearrangement Policy • When booking, you automatically accept my cancellation policy. • If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please give as much notice as possible. • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge or loss of deposit (please see cancellation policies). • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time. • Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation if it impacts other clients.
Client Responsibility • It is the client’s responsibility to inform me of any changes, cancellations, or rescheduling needs as soon as possible. • Failure to do so may result in fees or loss of booking privileges.
