Policy
Hey divas this is my policy for bookings:
• All cancellations/ rescheduling within the 72 hour window will result in a 50% fee. Furthermore, every booking requires a £10 deposit which is non refundable and will come off the total on the day
• I do not offer refunds under any circumstances
• No shows take place when clients are 15+ minutes late to the scheduled time of appointment
• Please remember to add design tier ontop of the enhancement type, fail to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled and need to be rebooked correctly
• Please do not bring children to your appointments as it’s a small studio with sterile surfaces for piercings and tattoos
• I do not work ontop of other nail techs work. If you have products done elsewhere, they must be removed beforehand or a removal must be added
