Deposits… •A £10 non-refundable deposit is to be paid to secure your appointment. If deposit is not received within 24hrs the booking request will be cancelled.
Payments… • All payments at the appointment are to either be cash or bank transfer before leaving the salon.
Lateness… • If you are more than 15mins late to your appointment the appointment will need to be cancelled as I will not be left with enough time to complete the service. Full payment will be required before booking another appointment.
Cancellations…
• Cancellations made within a 48hr period of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost.
• Cancellations within a 24hr period or No Shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
