By booking an appointment with Edens Studio, you agree to the following terms:
Booking
- Appointments must be booked in advance via DM or booking link.
- Appointments are only confirmed once you receive confirmation from Edens Studio.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a £10 fee.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows will require full payment before rebooking.
Late Arrivals
- A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
- Arrivals later than 10 minutes may result in a shortened service or cancellation.
- Full payment may still be required if the appointment cannot go ahead due to lateness.
Appointment Preparation
- Please arrive with bare nails unless a removal has been booked.
- Removal must be requested at the time of booking.
- Failure to book removal may result in your design being adjusted or your appointment rescheduled.
Payments
- Full payment is due at the end of your appointment.
- Cash or bank transfer accepted.
- Prices are subject to change at any time.
Repairs & Fixes
- If you experience lifting or breakage within 48 hours, please message with a photo.
- Repairs after 48 hours may be chargeable.
- Damage caused by picking, biting, or improper aftercare is not covered.
Nail Health & Contraindications
- Please inform me of any allergies, infections, or nail conditions before your appointment.
- Services may be refused if there are signs of fungal infection, severe damage, or conditions that could compromise nail health.
Photography & Social Media
- Photos/videos may be taken for marketing purposes.
- Please inform me if you do not wish for your nails to be shared online.
Right to Refuse Service
- Edens Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe behaviour.
