Welcome to Effortless Elegance. By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling.
1. Appointments & Booking
- All appointments must be booked through our online booking system.
- A deposit of £10 is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated.
- The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
- By booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.
2. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
- Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours notice.
Cancellations made after this period may result in:
- Loss of deposit, or
- A late cancellation fee of 100% of the booking fee.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to pay in full before booking future appointments.
- Repeated no-shows may result in being blocked from booking.
3. Late Arrivals
- A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed.
Arriving later than this may:
- Reduce your service time,
- Result in an incomplete service, or
- Require rescheduling and payment of the no-show/late fee.
4. Refund Policy
- All services are non-refundable.
- If you experience an issue with your lash service, please contact us within 48 hours.
- A complimentary fix may be offered at our discretion, but refunds are not provided under any circumstance.
5. Lash Fills
To qualify for a fill:
- You must have at least 40% of your extensions remaining.
- Fills over 4 weeks will be charged as a full set.
- Foreign fills from another artist may be refused or charged at a higher rate.
6. Health & Safety
You must arrive:
- With clean, makeup-free lashes,
- Free of oils, mascara, or strip lash glue.
Clients with the following may be refused service:
- Active infections
- Eye irritation
- Allergic reactions
Patch tests are recommended for new clients. If you decline a patch test, you accept all risk of allergic reaction.
7. Allergies & Reactions
- Allergic reactions can occur at any time, even if you’ve had lash extensions before.
If a reaction occurs:
- Contact us immediately to schedule a free removal.
- No refunds are provided for allergic reactions.
8. Client Conduct
You agree to:
- Be respectful of the studio environment.
- Follow all aftercare instructions.
- Not bring additional guests, children, unless approved.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with policies, behaves inappropriately, or poses a health risk.
9. Photos & Media Consent
- By receiving services, you consent to photos and/or videos being taken and used for business marketing (social media, website, advertising).
- If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your lash artist before your appointment.
10. Personal Belongings
- We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.
11. Payment
- We accept: Bank transfer, Payment through booking system, or cash. 
- Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes will result in immediate appointment restrictions.
12. Website & Booking System Use
- You agree not to misuse the website, booking system, or any automated services.
- All content on this website (logos, photos, text) is the property of Effortless Elegance and may not be copied without permission.
13. Agreement
By booking an appointment with Effortless Elegance, you acknowledge that:
- You have read, understood, and agree to all Terms & Conditions.
- Policies may be updated at any time without notice.
