Please Read Thoroughly-

A non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking.

Your appointment won’t be confirmed until this is paid.

The booking fee will be deducted from your final treatment price.

To cancel or reschedule, you must give at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit your booking fee and require a new booking fee for rebooking.

Prep before for your appointment:

-Please arrive with clean lashes and no makeup on or around the eyes

-Please do not drink caffeine/ energy drinks 4-6 hours before your appointment as this will result in your eyes flickering.

-Please attend your appointment alone, Plus ones are not permitted. This includes NO children.

Refunds- No refunds. If you have any concerns. please contact me within 72 hours of your appointment.

Fixes are free if it's a genuine issue, but normal wear & tear or poor aftercare is not covered.

A free fix must be done within a week of your appointment. *

I reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate any appointment at my sole discretion if I feel uncomfortable or unable to provide a safe and professional service. I operate a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, inappropriate behaviour, abuse, intimidation, discrimination, or disrespect. Any client displaying unacceptable conduct may have their appointment ended immediately and may be refused future bookings. Deposits and payments may be forfeited in such circumstances.
