1. Appointments
All treatments are by appointment only. Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your full treatment — if you’re late, your appointment time may need to be shortened.
2. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your total on the day of your appointment.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
I understand that life happens! However, I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
4. Skin Prep & Aftercare
Please follow any pre-treatment advice given prior to your appointment to ensure the best results. If you’re unsure about suitability, please message me before booking.
5. Health & Safety
If you are unwell, have a contagious skin condition, or have had recent cosmetic procedures, please let me know in advance. Some treatments may need to be postponed for your safety.
6. Patch Tests
Some treatments require a patch test at least 24–48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to attend a patch test may result in your booking being cancelled.
7. Payments
Remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. I accept [insert payment methods – e.g. cash, card, or bank transfer].
8. Refunds
Refunds are not given for completed treatments. If you have any concerns after your appointment, please get in touch within 24 hours so I can help.
9. Gift Vouchers & Offers
Gift vouchers and promotional offers must be mentioned when booking and cannot be exchanged for cash or used after expiry.
