Once your booking has been confirmed, a £15 deposit will be required to secure your appointment. I will contact you directly to arrange payment of the deposit.
Please note that your appointment time is reserved especially for you, therefore the following fair notice applies:
- Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment time.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a 100% no-show charge.
- Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before any future bookings can be made.

If you are unable to find a suitable appointment time on the booking system, please feel free to message me directly and I will do my best to accommodate you.
- Clients must be 16 years or older to receive treatments. Please also note that children and additional guests are not permitted to attend appointments due to insurance reasons.
- A patch test is required at least 24 hours prior to your appointment for treatments involving lash lifts, tinting, and brow lamination.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, contact me as soon as possible. Late arrival may affect your treatment time and could result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled. Please note that full payment will still be required.
- Please note that I do not infill work completed by other lash or nail technicians. In these cases, a removal and a fresh full set must be booked.🤍
