You will be required to enter your card details, NO PAYMENT WILL BE TAKEN. only in the event of a cancellation within 48 hour of your appointment, you will be charged 50% late cancellation fee. ‘No Shows’ without any prior notice will require 100% of the treatments cost. This must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.

Please arrive on time to your appointments. If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. Arriving late can impact your treatment and may lead to your appointment being shortened or rescheduled, however full payment is still required.

You must be age 16+ to have any treatments done.

Patch test requirement: treatments involving lash lifts, tinting and brow lamination require a patch test at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Infills: I do not infill other lash techs or nail techs work, you will have to book a removal and a fresh set.
