Booking & Deposit🗓️

- All services are by appointment only- walk-ins cannot be accommodated.

- 20% deposit required at booking (non-refundable, applied to your total service).

- Arrive on time- late arrivals (15+ mins) may result in shortened service or cancellation.

Cancellations & No-Shows ⏰

- 24+ hours notice required to cancel or reschedule.

- Changes within 24 hours: 50% of appointment amount.

- No-shows may be charged full service and future bookings may be refused.

Free Fixes & $10 Nail Repairs 💅

- Accidental damage free within 3 days- book earliest available slot.

- Applies only to sets originally done by me and same nail art tier.

- After 3 days: $10 per nail.

- Recommended refill after 2 weeks for optimal results.

Refills & Maintenance 💎

- Only for sets originally done by me.

- Sets from other salons require removal + new full set.

-Regular refills (every 2-3 weeks) maintain nail strength, shape, and art longevity.

Tiered Nail Art & Creative Freedom 🎨

-Send inspiration prior to your appointment for full bespoke designs.

-Nail art can be refreshed for free or upgraded at refill for a more detailed design.

Client Eligibility & Health 🫧

-Clients 16+ years. Under 16s must have parental/guardian consent

-Report allergies, sensitivities, or previous reactions before appointment.

-Services may be declined or adapted for safety reasons.

Guests & Salon Space 🏡

-Private home-based salon- cannot accommodate guests.

- Back-to-back appointments with friends are welcome; both may attend each other’s sessions, though please note the salon is a private, compact space and it may feel cozy.

Refunds & Satisfaction 💎

-Full refunds not offered.

-Dissatisfaction must be reported during your appointment.

-Retouches are complimentary within the first 3 days of your appointment-After 3 days, repairs are $10 per nail

-Follow aftercare instructions for optimal nail health.

-Treat salon and staff with respect.

-DIY removals or failure to follow aftercare instructions will void eligibility for complimentary retouches.
