By accepting the terms and conditions of Elegant Beauty with Katie you are consenting to all policies that are in place and will be held accountable if an issue arises around this.

If you need to cancel and less than 48hours notice is given the appointment will need to be paid in full and will be automatically charged to your chosen saved card.

Any changes that need to be made to your appointment MUST be done 48 hours before.

PATCH TESTS - It is your responsibility to book a patch test for your chosen treatment through my booking system. These need to be carried out 24-48 hours prior. Patch tests for lash lift / brow lamination is mandatory!

LATENESS - if you’re 15 minutes or more late your appointment will be cancelled and you WILL be charged in full!

Agreeing to this you are also agreeing to all of my company policies, which are available to view on my instagram, beauty room and upon request.

Elegant Beauty with Katie enforces a cancellation policy on ALL services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you WILL be considered a no-show if you 15mins or more late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to Katie to decide whether the fee is applied.

The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed.
