had been having serious headaches for over 7 weeks continuously. I had been to A&E twice and the opticians to find out what the issue was. No one knew. I ended up seeing Jolene for a massage to try and ease the pain. Jolene advised me to try Reflexology as it may help. I'm very dubious about this sort of treatment as I don't believe in it. How wrong was I! However I was in so much pain I was willing to give it a go. MY GOODNESS JOLENE IS AN ANGEL! After the very first session my headache had gone. I had gone from strong pain relief and muscle relaxants to nothing. I am now on my second week of reflexology and I couldn't tell you the last time I had a headache or any pain relief. Jolene is so professional and talks you through the treatment as you go. I Will forever be grateful to Jolene. This treatment has made my life so much better as I had been missing so much work and quality time with my daughter because of my headache. Thank you Jolene you're the best!!!

Jolene was amazing. From the moment I walked in, the soothing atmosphere and calming scents immediately set the tone for relaxation. For my aromatherapy massage, Jolene was professional, intuitive, and clearly experienced and tailored my massage to my needs, focusing on areas of tension and using essential oils that perfectly complemented my mood and energy. The combination of gentle and firm pressure, expert technique, and aromatic oils transported me to a state of deep calm which has been desperately needed. I genunially feel both physically rejuvenated and emotionally balanced.
