You can cancel or reschedule your appointment for free up to 48 hours before your appointment date. After this period you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. Failing to pay this will result in you not being able to rebook. Booking fee must be paid within 24hrs of requesting appointment, if not the appointment will be released to other clients. Booking fees are non refundable and can only be rescheduled once within the cancellation policy. After this it will not be transferable and a new booking fee will be required. IMPORTANT: Patch Testing for Tinting Please ensure you have had a patch test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment and within the last 6 months. If this hasn’t been done the service cannot be carried out, therefore will result in a cancellation and you may still be charged. If you require a patch test then this can be booked and is free of charge - you can find this under the “face & eyes” section.
