✨ Terms & Conditions ✨ By booking an appointment with Elevate with Ell, you are agreeing to the following policies: ⏰ Appointments • Please arrive on time – lateness of more than 10 minutes may result in cancellation. • Arrive with clean lashes/face and no makeup to ensure the best results. • Please allow enough time for your treatment, as I do not rush appointments. 💳 Cancellations & No-Shows • Cancellations made under 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged at 100% of the appointment cost. 👁 Lash Infills • Infills are recommended every 2–3 weeks. • Anything over 4 weeks will be classed as a full set. • A minimum of 50% of lashes must be present for an infill – unsure? Please send me a photo. • I recommend 2–3 infills before booking a new full set. 📍 Location & Parking • House number is not shared publicly – new clients must DM for the full address. • Please park at the bottom of the street, as the car park and neighbours’ spaces are private.
