Nicki has been working within the well-being industry since 2010 as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach, Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Adding Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Emotional Freedom Technique more recently, that portfolio continues to expand so she can offer a complete package of holistic care.

With a passion for helping people enjoy life as their healthiest best self physically, mentally and emotionally, Nicki uses a variety of tailored therapies and works within a wide network of health professionals for positive outcomes.

As a busy mum of two gorgeous girls and animal babies too , Nicki wants to help clients to find the confidence to live a healthy and happy life, built on practical foundations.

Emotional Freedom Technique is a practical self-help method that involves tapping the fingers on the body's related acupuncture points. Can help with anxiety, weight loss issues, pain, stress and many other issues. In this session basic EFT is used in combination with massage and movement.
