Booking and payment
- Appointments can be booked online, in person or over message.
- A non-refundable booking fee of £10 is required when booking online to secure your appointment. This booking fee will be deducted from your final payment.
Cancellation and rescheduling
- If you need to cancel your appointment please do so with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will not receive the £10 booking fee back.
- You’re more than welcome to reschedule your appointments or amend them with more than 24 hours notice. If less notice is given then the same process of the cancellation policy will take place.
Refunds
- All services are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your treatment results please contact me within 48 hours and I will be happy to discuss possible solutions.
