Deposits: Clients must pay a £15 non-refundable deposit upon booking, this will be taken off of the total price at the end of the service. I will accept other clients wanting the same appointment until deposit is payed to secure your time slot. Plus ones: Clients cannot bring plus ones as I am still working in my home (non negotiable). Late fees: 10-20 minutes late = £5 fee Anything over 20 minutes late will result in the clients appointment being rescheduled with another deposit. If fees are argued or not payed I will not be going through with the appointment with that client. Refunds: If you are unhappy with your lashes please let me know within 24 hours of your treatment being completed to receive a free of charge correction. Anything over 24 hours will be chargeable. No refunds are provided. Cancellations/No shows: If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your booked time slot you will be required to pay 50% of the full amount (e.g. if your total is £40 you will need to pay £5 as the £15 deposit is already payed at this point). If you no show your appointment then you will be required to pay 100% of the full amount (e.g. if your total is £40 you will need to pay £25 as the deposit is already payed at this point).
