Terms and Conditions of Service These terms and conditions help ensure that El La’s Nail Bar is protected from last-minute cancellations and no-shows while also providing clear guidelines for customers on how to book, cancel, and pay for your services. Upfront Payment at Time of Booking: Customers must pay a deposit amount for the services they book at the time of booking. This ensures that the time slot is reserved, and that El La’s Nail Bar is compensated in case of last-minute cancellations or no-shows. Appointment Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled based on availability and must be made in advance. The salon reserves the right to reschedule appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances. Appointment Arrival Time: Customers are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may result in a reduction of service time to ensure that other appointments are not delayed. Please contact El La’s Nail Bar if running late. Rescheduling Policy: Customers may reschedule their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without incurring any extra fees. However, any rescheduling made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a rescheduling fee. Cancellation Fees: 100% No-Show Fee: If a customer fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice, they will be charged the full amount for the missed service. 50% Late Notice Fee: If a customer cancels the appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, they will be charged 50% of the service fee. Payment Processing Fee: payment processing fee will be charged on all transactions across all types of payment methods. The fee will be 2.2% of the booked service. This fee will be applicable regardless of the payment method chosen by the customer. Preferred Payment Methods: El La’s Nail Bar accepts various payment methods, we welcome cash, card, Afterpay, Pay ID, and bank transfer for convenience and ease of processing. Please contact the salon for alternative payment options. Minors: Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their appointment. Hygiene and Safety Policy: To maintain a hygienic and safe environment, customers are requested to inform the salon if they have any contagious conditions or infections. El La’s Nail Bar reserves the right to refuse service in such cases. Allergic Reactions: Clients are advised to inform El La’s Nail Bar of any known allergies to specific nail products or ingredients. Satisfaction Guarantee: If a customer is not satisfied with the service provided, they must inform El La’s Nail Bar within 24 hours. The salon will either provide a complimentary touch-up or refund a portion of the service fee, depending on the nature of the complaint. Privacy Policy: Customer information, including personal details and payment information, will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services and processing payments. Liability: El La’s Nail Bar is not liable for any damage or loss of personal belongings during the appointment.
