If this is your first time visiting us and you are booked in for a brow lamination, Korean lash lift appointment or a lash lift and tint, it is a legal requirement to carry out a patch test.
please note, appointments will be cancelled if a patch test is not booked atleast 48 hours in advance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you have up to 48 hours to do so. Anything under 48 hours, please contact us.
Appointments needing to be cancelled, within 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee of your appointment.
Please ensure you are turning up to your appointment on time. We understand this may not always be the case and to let us know the moment you are aware.
Any lateness past 10 minutes (without making us aware) we may not be able to proceed with your appointment and you will be charged for your appointment.
