BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS
• A £10 non-refundable booking fee is required for all new clients to secure an appointment. • The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. • Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations or appointment changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the booking fee. • Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice (no-show) will lose their booking fee and may be required to pay in full for future bookings.
LATENESS
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled, depending on the remaining appointment time. • Full treatment charges may still apply.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
• Clients must be aged 16 years or over to receive treatments. • Valid ID may be requested if age cannot be verified.
NAIL ART
• Please send any inspiration photos before your appointment where possible. • Complex nail art may require additional time and charges. • Nail art requests are subject to available appointment time.
REMOVALS
• Please inform me when booking if you currently have product applied from another nail technician. • Additional time and charges may apply for removals.
REPAIRS & AFTERCARE
• Any issues with your nails should be reported within 48 hours of your appointment. • Repairs required due to product application issues may be offered at my discretion. • Damage caused by accidents, improper aftercare, picking, biting, or misuse is not covered.
HEALTH & SAFETY
• Clients must inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, infections, or changes to their health that may affect treatment. • Treatment may be refused if there are signs of infection, injury, or any condition that could compromise safety.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, aggressive, disrespectful, or abusive behaviour. • I also reserve the right to refuse treatments that are unsafe or unsuitable for the natural nail.
PHOTOS AND SOCIAL MEDIA
1. Photography and Right to Use Images
By booking an appointment or receiving services, you agree that we may take photographs or videos of your nails, hands, or treatments for social media content.
2. Ownership and License Granted
You agree that all Content captured during your appointment is the property of Elles Juicy Gels. You grant us an absolute, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display these images.

You acknowledge that you will not receive any financial compensation, royalties, or credit for the use of these images.
5. Opting Out
If you do not wish to have your photos taken or shared, you must inform us before your treatment begins. We will always respect your privacy upon request.
