BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS
• A £10 non-refundable booking fee is required for all new clients to secure an appointment. • The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. • Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations or appointment changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the booking fee. • Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice (no-show) will lose their booking fee and may be required to pay in full for future bookings.
LATENESS
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled, depending on the remaining appointment time. • Full treatment charges may still apply.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
• Clients must be aged 16 years or over to receive treatments. • Valid ID may be requested if age cannot be verified.
NAIL ART
• Please send any inspiration photos before your appointment where possible. • Complex nail art may require additional time and charges. • Nail art requests are subject to available appointment time.
REMOVALS
• Please inform me when booking if you currently have product applied from another nail technician. • Additional time and charges may apply for removals.
REPAIRS & AFTERCARE
• Any issues with your nails should be reported within 48 hours of your appointment. • Repairs required due to product application issues may be offered at my discretion. • Damage caused by accidents, improper aftercare, picking, biting, or misuse is not covered.
HEALTH & SAFETY
• Clients must inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, infections, or changes to their health that may affect treatment. • Treatment may be refused if there are signs of infection, injury, or any condition that could compromise safety.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, aggressive, disrespectful, or abusive behaviour. • I also reserve the right to refuse treatments that are unsafe or unsuitable for the natural nail.
